I am having the same problem with ht287 rev.4.1 can some one help me. this issues happen after moving rogers cable internet. phone line was fine on my DSL. address was the same, this is my dad's account. i was using my credit card, also used different card. it didn't work.

I am helping out couple of my friends get fpl. I have encountered this puzzling problem. One of them has 2wire with bell and other one has Rogers’s internet with DPC3825 modem.
