Can you power off your ATA device (unplug the power) for 45 seconds and reconnect it. Let us know if this helped.

Unplugging the grandstream device and reconnecting it usually does the trick (from what i hear) when this device hasn't been used for quit sometime.

Please try both steps below First, with most Speedtouch modems the SIP ALG is enabled by default, so disable (un ckecking) the SIP ALG in your Speedtouch 516 v.6 should fix one problem. If your still experiencing this problem now I suggest you to unplug your ATA device and re plug it back in after 45seconds to see if this stops the voice indicator from flashing.

Thanks again. Do we have to enable the QOS on the router for a better communication. I wouldn't worry about Qos as this feature only prevents applications or devices hogging bandwidth.
