I have always had the same problem with freephoneline. my phone would connnect via SIP, but no audio on the calls.... I am glad I was wrong. Expresstalk works perfectly with FPL.. no special setup is needed, just server/user/pass should do the trick. In most configurations at least.

11 digit dialing.
