The answer to this is no.
You need to either buy world credits or sms texting. Ad removal doesn't count.

Re: does paying for ad removal block 90 day account deletion
That's what I think too, but I was hoping I would get an official response. Maybe I'll submit a ticket.bridonca wrote:I am not 100% on this, but I would say yes

does paying for ad removal block 90 day account deletion?
Does paying for ad removal also qualify as making a purchase and, therefore, make a Fongo Mobile account not subject to deletion due to inactivity? "Note: Accounts which have made a purchase are not subject to deletion due to inactivity (SMS, World Credits, Porting, etc.)" http://support.f...

Re: OutboundCallRoute for city of Ottawa "311" service
OBiTALK settings Oh. The defaults are a mess, mostly because of the outbound call route, but . . . You just need to add the bolded sections to yours. If the outboundcallroute wasn't garbled with extra stuff you'll probably never use, you wouldn't need to even stick 311 in there to direct it to SP1....

Re: "preferred" dial plan for the FPL phone service
Then somehow I related to the proposed fix, maybe there is a missing number, could be #1 preceding the 10 digit calling number? This would make sense when looking the call log, all numbers have that preceding #1? I would need to see your entire digitmap and outbound call route to understand what's ...

Re: OutboundCallRoute for city of Ottawa "311" service
This works for me. Add these entries in the OBiTalk web portal if that's what you've been using in the past:
a. Physical Interfaces->Phone Port-->DigitMap
|311|
b. Service Providers-->ITSP Profile A--> General-->Digitmap
|<311:6135802400>|

Hi there, Looks like this will not be resolved soon. Sorry for the inconvenience- your account has an issue and it will not be repaired today. Thank you for your help. I see different results depending on what SIP server I try: 1) For voip.freephoneline.ca and voip4.freephoneline.ca messagewaiting ...

Re: Message Waiting Indicator not working...
Just to update, the problem persists across softphones, ATAs, and IP addresses on voip.freephoneline.ca. when testing my account. It happens at any location, using anyone's modem, router, etc. And leaving voicemails, faxes, etc., and then deleting them doesn't help. Messagewaiting will remain on in ...

Re: Voice quality is very bad
Hi, I have a paid FPL account and recently the voice quality has become so bad that the caller hears chirpy voice at their end and not able to understand anything. This is likely due to a lack of QoS (are other people in your household using the internet while you're trying to talk on the phone), p...

Re: Message Waiting Indicator not working...
I once saw this issue with another service provider, not FPL. The workaround was to leave yourself a message, then delete it. Hi, Thank you for trying to help. I've done this about 10 times today. Unfortunately, that doesn't work. A lot of us used to encounter this issue with FPL a few years ago. T...

Hi there, Just a suggestion- have you tried to clear the MWI on your cordless phone? Hi, Thank you for trying to help me. This isn't the issue. I have lots of different phones. Some are corded. They all do the same thing. Message Waiting is being triggered in the adapter (log into ATA and Message W...

Re: Message Waiting Indicator not working...
lol I'm now suddenly experiencing the same issue. Clearing MessageWaiting in the ATA does nothing. If you wait a few minutes, MW indicator returns, and MessageWaiting will automatically be checked again due to FPL's server saying I have voice mail when I don't (not in the portal either). I'm going t...

Re: Does Freephoneline offer "attended/blind transfer"?
I was wondering if the Freephoneline service offer an "ability" to transfer a call to another caller in progress? Yes, but the feature is handled by the ATA. So you need an ATA that offers that feature. but I wanted to know if there are any "secrets" to "relinquish" a ...

I wonder why all the servers aren't configured like voip3.freephoneline.ca?
Doing so would fix all these headaches.
Is voip3 less secure than voip, voip2, and voip4?

I was able to resolve the issue quickly by forced registration. So, you contacted FPL customer service, and they did a forced registration for you? I am hoping that I don't have to do this from time to time, and might miss "important" calls. That seems possible to me, if the ATA becomes u...
