Re: registration issues
Ensure your registration interval is properly set. Lower values can cause lockouts. http://support.freephoneline.ca/entries/23120323-VoIP-Unlock-Key-Credentials Registration Interval: 3600 seconds (1 hour) Registration Expiry: 3600 seconds (1 hour) Failed Registration Re-Try Interval: 120 seconds

Re: Outage
It's possible that some of you need to change registration interval and expiry to 3600, but I had those settings set properly when registration failed on voip.freephonline.ca

Re: Registration fails with voip.freephoneline.ca
same set up and my registration failed again. happens way too often Hi there, I am sure that if you are following the guidelines you should be fine. Thanks, I'm telling you there's a problem with voip.freephoneline.ca (but not with voip2.freephoneline.ca) And the problem just occurred within the la...

Re: Registration fails with voip.freephoneline.ca
Hi there, As long as you are setup as per the below: http://support.freephoneline.ca/entries/23120323-VoIP-Unlock-Key-Credentials You should not have any issues. I am setup exactly like that. And my registration interval is 3600 (my understanding is lower registration intervals can cause lockouts)....

Registration fails with voip.freephoneline.ca
I was using voip.freephoneline.ca
But then registration failed suddenly within the past 10 minutes.
So I switched to voip2.freephoneline.ca, which works fine.
What's going on?
Is voip.freephoneline.ca down or undergoing maintenance?

Re: FPL Support (or lack thereof)
If FPL is charging $25 (or more) per phone support incident (or ticket), then it stands to reason FPL could make more money (even after hourly wage costs for support staff). $25 is about half of what Microsoft charges per support incident (over the phone). FPL would probably get a lot more volume wi...

Re: FPL Support (or lack thereof)
I don't know how you will get refund that you paid one time for service only He's talking about a refund for phone tech support (fee per incident). Microsoft does this as a matter of course for its tech support (they do actually charge up front--and then refund the customer if the problem turns out...

Re: Outgoing calls still down...
I know it says "We are currently testing the system following scheduled system maintenance. Testing should be completed shortly. - 2013-02-12 08:24" on the Status Page, but still, outgoing calls have been down all day! Any idea when I'll be able to make calls again? Please don't say "...

So if other freephoneline users' voice mail indicator is turning off properly after deleting messages, my account is bugged.
I certainly didn't have this issue before scheduled maintenance.

Re: VMI isn't clearing properly after scheduled maintenance
Mine is working right away, no 15 second delay to engage. I'm not really interested in VMI engaging, so much as I'm interested in it turning off after deleting a message. At 9:29 p.m. EST voice mail indicator took 15 seconds to turn on after leaving a message. But ten minutes after deleting the mes...

Re: Call logs are down
Well, what I meant when I originally posted was that call logs were down completely.
That's no longer the case.
And my call logs do show actual phone numbers now.

Re: Voicemail Acess is down
MWI isn't clearing after deleting message at 11:45 a.m. est. Voicemail access is back now. I turned the indicator off manually in my ATA. Left another message. VMI took several minutes to indicate a new message was waiting (this is a longer interval than before the maintenance). And after deleting t...

lol
Now it's the opposite. Voice mail indicator is working.
Dialing *98 gives me, "Please hang up and try again."
