By the way, the OBi2xx and OBi3xx ATA series are now discontinued. The replacement is the Poly 4xx ATA series, which doesn't support consumer Google Voice. As far as I know, Whatsapp uses a database to identify VoIP numbers and prevents many of them for verification.
