FYI - pbxes.org has sent a request to whitelist their servers to Fongo/FPL. Please update this thread once change have been applied.

Hi. I logged a ticket which was adressed within minutes (!).
For others who may have this error, the root cause was because I had entered invalid credit card number. Support staff called me back and processed the order over the phone sucessfully.

I have now everything set up and working.

I have my account registered, can call and receive inbound calls. I tried to buy the one time fee SIP Unlock Key.
