Same here too! I am in Mississauga Ontario. I have a phone number for their desktop application, and another number for sip home phone. Both of them are not working and give a busy signal!

It works but it's buggy! Some phone numbers when you save it to the speed dialing list, it will not be saved! When I go back to the saved dialing list the phone number entered will always be blank [no matter what order I save it in] Is there any configuration file that I can edit and manually insert...

I am new here. I just started using FPL for desktop. I entered some phone numbers in the speed dialing tab under menu>> settings but I can't figure out how to use them.
I tried pressing various shortcut keys with no success [e.g. control+1, shift+2, alt+2]
