Re: can't hear other side voice when make call or receive ca
Instead of DMZ, try to forward UDP (not TCP) ports 16384-16482 to your ATA's static IP address. This is more secure as it does not expose your SIP Port to the internet. A high/random port number such as 29647 is good; I suggest you keep that along with your other settings. Alternately, FPL's support...

Keep in mind the password is specified in two different places, one for incoming calls and one for outgoing.

What server are you using? That is not an IP that I recognize, though it seems to be near voip and voip3.

Re: can't hear other side voice when make call or receive ca
If your account is affected by the one-way audio bug, and if your OBi110 was compensating for it with X_DiscoverPublicAddress, and if Bell changed your IP address, then you would experience the symptoms you describe. Rebooting your OBi would cause it to re-register, and thus discover your new public...

Re: can't hear other side voice when make call or receive ca
It's a little odd that voip3 didn't work, but perhaps a SIP ALG on your router is preventing voip3 from working, and a problem with your account is preventing voip, voip2, and voip4 from working. I suggest you open a ticket: http://support.fongo.com/anonymous_requests/new . Advise staff that you hav...

Try to change your Local SIP Port to 29647. Does that solve the problem?

Re: Dead air after 10 minutes
A status of online is normal even if you've entered your password incorrectly. I don't have an unlock key, so I'll leave it to someone else to tell you where your password can be found. Your password is probably different from the one you use to log in to the FPL website. You may be aware that the P...

Re: Call from work doesn't connect to freephoneline number
Can she call her FPL number and your parents with a cell phone? If yes, I would start by complaining to the company that supplies her workplace with phone service. She should say she can't call these two numbers from work, but she can with her cell phone. Here's the important part: if they ask any q...

Check the User tab of your ATA for Block CID Setting. If it's set to No, change to Yes.

Please be sure your ATA is configured as per the official guide. In particular, Register Expires should be set to 3600. http://forum.fongo.com/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=16294 Is Acanac a cable ISP? If so, I suggest you try to use the Rogers proxy, voip4.freephoneline.ca:6060 . If that doesn't work, c...

Re: incoming does not work while outgoing does.
I suggest you factory reset your ATA and configure as per the official guide: http://forum.fongo.com/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=16206 You didn't mention your router or ISP. If you use Rogers, or if your router has a SIP ALG, you may want to try the Rogers proxy: voip4.freephoneline.ca:6060. Give that ...

Re: FPL / Fongo VOIP/SIP Servers are in which Time Zone?
They most likely determine your time zone based on your ANI. To check to see if my guess is correct, use your FPL phone to dial 1-800-437-7950. This service will read you your Calling ANI and Charge ANI. Let us know the first six digits of each ANI.

Re: service down or just me :)?
It is interesting that your problem is intermittent. Please try to use voip4.freephoneline.ca:6060 and change your SIP Port to 44254 and see if the problem resolves itself. If that does not solve the problem, please try to use voip3.freephoneline.ca - for testing purposes only. If voip4 solves the p...

From within your WRTP54G's Voice >> User tab, check for CID Setting and be sure it is set to yes.
