ok, I am attaching FXS Port1 settings, the whole page comes in 4 parts which I have mentioned in the page name (1,2,3 & 4)

Also I have checked there is no space!!!

Hi Thanks for the reply! I don't remember the default plan for Grandstream 502, actually I reset the device to default when my internet connection was stopped working.
