Hi Jake, Actually, I was ready to give up when I read your answer cause you were confirming what I figured out about xplornet. And this morning, I've seen an email from fongo support... I tried and it works. Ok, the other side cannot understand what I say but at least, there is sound on both ends......

I received an email from fongo support, I don't know what they did but now IT'S WORKING !!!!!! Sound is bad on the other side but I'll try to figure out if it can be improved.

Thank you jake and bridonca, I just got my internet access (2 weeks ago) and that's what I figured out about xplornet. Doesn't seem to be wonderful. Sadly, it is the only "decent" internet provider around here. Only have Videotron 1.5 MBPS/10 gb, Rodgers which ask a way to much for only 20...

xplornet satellite

Hello everybody,

My internet provider is xplornet and they told me that no port can be opened for my connection. Does it mean that I have to forget freephoneline ? :( I tried to forward the ports and I cannot hear anything.
