My wife just got a new phone plan with a new local Toronto number beginning with digit 437-344-4xxx. I tried to call her using IOS fongo apps, I got "no rate found" message and unable to call her. Anybody know the reason why I can not call this new local Toronto phone numbers.

My account still blocked. Password still not changed. PM fongo support again.

I requested for a password reset, but not getting anywhere. Now, my account is blocked. Since yesterday afternoon, I have no phone service. Looks like I am out of phone service for the weekend. At least I can open a ticket for the reason that my account is blocked. I couldn't open a ticket to reset ...

I found the pm key. PM sent.

Do you have the correct email address for the technical support to open a ticket. I got this email from talkfreely@fongo.com when I tried to open a ticket. "We do not provide customer support for Freephoneline Desktop, Freephoneline VoIP Unlock Keys (SIP configuration files) and third party ATA...

My freepbx system was compromised two days ago. I have since reinstalled and updated the system. My sip unlock key was stolen. I can see that it is used to make chargeable calls in my account to-day.

I would like to know how to change the unlock key.
