Thank you for the quick reply. I had a feeling it might be the modem/router but wasn't sure what mode to put it into. I still have the old router so I will try to put the modem into bridge mode and set that up again.

They have the same ISP that I have Distributel, which I guess is a third party of rogers, and the same plan that I have. The only difference is that they have a newer modem than I do. Could that be blocking anything. I will try the rogers proxy just in case.
