But if your internet service drops every 5 days (log in to your modem to check), that's an issue between your modem and Teksavvy. In that case, contact Teksavvy. j'appel d'un centre hospitalier (CHUM) via leur voip a ma ligne freephoneline du domicile et l'appel rentre toujours. Jamais rencontré ce type de problème. J'aurais en effet pensée au blocage de numéro comme lustucru.
