Hi, I am having the same issue, I used a friend's working FPL setting on my SPA2102 and still not able to hear the other party. When I open a ticket, Fongo's sends me an e-mail stating they don't provide technical support and closed the ticket. Just wondering what "Issue Type" should I put...
