I am in the process of moving to bell service (TV, Internet, Home Phone ). I would like to port my freephoneline number to bell but i would like to keep my account. What is the process for requesting a new number.

i can hear the caller but they can not hear me
hello,
does anyone have any suggestion with my problem. if someone calls, i can hear the caller but they can not hear me. No changes made to the settings.
I rebooted the system several times. i am with rogers, spa112 ATA, Hitron CGN3 modem.

Hi all,
I have the same problem when i changed my modem from CGN3 to the new rogers CGN3ACR modem. I think it is not compatible with your equipments. I changed back to my old modem and it is working now.

yes i downgraded my router back to the CGN3 modem/router. I think the new roger's modem is not compatible with the spa112 ATA. Just my opinion.

I performed the factory reset. The problem still exist. I am just wondering, maybe the new hitron modem is the culprit. I am not positive of the timeline when the problem started before or after I changed the modem.

i performed a test on my network as per tech support advice. i connected the spa112 to my hitron CGN3ACR modem from rogers directly. disconnected the router from the modem. that was my observation when i try to continue surfing the net. I am not sure what caused the slowdown. that was just a guess. i forgot to mention when i did that, the router is also connected to the modem.

The FPL technician thinks it's the Hitron is the second device. I did not have this problem when i was using the older roger's modem Hitron CGN3. The roger's technician is suggesting maybe my router needs a little bit of adjustment. Any thought on this i idea. if i connect the spa112 directly to the...

Tech support suspect that causing my problem is because I have two DHCP server. Any suggestion what can I do fix it. I have Hitron CGN3ACR operating in bridge mode and an ASUS RTAC66U router.

i am still having problem with no inbound ringback. i changed SIP port as per Mango suggestion but the problem still exist. any other suggestion before opening a ticket.

I think the problem is intermittent because it's not working again. i will try to power on/off the ATA.

changed SIP TCP Port min: from 5060 > 20000 and SIP TCP port max : from 5080> 65535.

intermittent no ring back tone
Does any one experienced this problem before on spa 112 ATA. i'm having intermittent no ring back tone and busy signal (message: the person you are trying to reach is not available). i appreciate any suggestion. thank you
