I have a Free Phone Line home phone number for several years. 647-367-xxxx. We didn't use it for a while when we were out of Canada. Last year when we came back to Toronto. we tried to connect it, but failed. I paid 50 dollars for this service and was told this was a lifetime service. I am not sure ...
