Re: Delay of several hours with the reception of voice messa
I'm pretty sure all users are affected but only few realize it.
It's very inconvenient,, I was thinking about plugging back my old answering machine but it don't copy voice messages to my email which is very useful for me.

Re: Delay of several hours with the reception of voice messa
Same here and my 2 tickets have been closed without any answer
could you try to open a ticket on your side ? Maybe you will receive a more appropriate answer than me.
It's really annoying...
Thanks again for the follow-up.

Re: Delay of several hours with the reception of voice messa
I was not sure if you were working there or not. I use voip2.freephoneline.ca At this time I've not tried to use another proxy, which one should I use ? :?: I don't remember the difference between the proxy since I configured it ~5 years ago. I was not sure about the automated message, thanks for cl...

Re: Delay of several hours with the reception of voice messa
Right now the migration seem to be completed, https://i.imgur.com/uQsM0iF.png I'd really appreciate if you can test it and have it fixed because the message I leaved in voicemail ~2 hours ago is not available right now... I opened a ticked but the only answer I receive is: https://i.imgur.com/cNCU7W...

Voicemail delay for hours during peak time (2p.m.-6p.m.)
For the past few days, there has been a delay of several hours with the reception of voice messages and their transfer to my email. The message transfer takes place more than 7 hours after it is left in my voicemail box. To be clear it's not only about the transfert to my email but the message...

Re: Service Down here (Quebec)
It's back now :D I don't know what happened maybe something on the ISP side ? But it's strange since Internet was working fine, maybe it was only the UDP "channel" that was affected. Anyway it's back and it was the first time since I'm with FPL (June 2016) that a downtime happen and the so...

Re: No Ring incoming call after tranfer number was completed
I finally fixed the strange problem :P First I saved my PAP2T configuration in an HTML file and compared to a provision file for the PAP2T on the forum to find if some settings where different. I found small differences that were the culprit: As soon as I changed those settings everything went fine ...

Re: No Ring incoming call after tranfer number was completed
A support ticket is the way to go now then. It could be that something just hasn't clicked their end when you ported your number in. The calls look like they are coming in to their system, and your ATA is registered. They will be able to tell more from their end though. Let us know how you get on. ...

Re: No Ring incoming call after tranfer number was completed
On your SIP settings page in your online admin, does it say that you are connected with a PAP2T? Does your call logs online show the incoming test calls? If so this would show the calls are in fact coming into FPL so there might be a setting in the ATA that needs looking at. In the past the PAP2T h...

Re: Some call are going directly to voice mail without rinin
Hi, You need to delete those 2 numbers from CFW I think your ata is compromised. Either do that or reset PAP2T to factory defaults and reconfigure it. There is nothing wrong with your account at the back end. Good luck! It's me that put those numbers from telemarketers to send them to the voicemail...
