Thanks for the reply but I have a question, if I use credentials of my other accounts on that specific ATA then why does it work fine ?

I tried that but not able to register, more over , not able to connect using softphone as well.

I am experiencing a problem from the last two days. Connection on my ATA displays failed.

Is there any change to the settings that I need to know or is there any outage ??

Also not able to find any customer support phone numbers.

I second the problem, no dial tone and can't make any calls as off 8:30pm today.

Hi, I have this unique problem, that when a Vonnage customer tries to call my no. then they get a message that call cannot be connected to this number please try again.

The Vonnage no. is 905-366-XXXX. Please try and resolve this issue.

how can u display the name in ATA when calling from a softphone.

although u have a option of giving a name in the softphone. click on menu-->settings
once u set the option, it will display name only for calls to voip providers & not for pstn lines.
