The logical question to ask is, were you able to go to any other site at the time of the outage? That will give you a good starting clue s to whether it is your connection, or FPL.

Just checked the config thread. I see it says to set the preferred codec as G729. Do not use Inband if you are using G729, it won't work well at all.

You are double NAT'd, good luck with that. SIP has a hard enough time behind 1 NAT, but when double NAT'd things get exponentially worse.

My registration has failed at various points this morning (2:15, 3:25, 4:20, 4:45-5:00), and now has been down since 5:55 and is still down. I'm not getting a response to my SIP REGISTER packets.
