I've been trying to save my contacts from my mobile phone to my laptop. I can't find the file on my phone with this list.
I'd like to have a backup in case I lose my phone. How do I backup my contact list?

Thanks for the replies. I will try a few Fido kiosks to see if they will bite. I am currently a Fido customer for data only so it might work to try and get a second sim

Fongo mobile trouble calling Ooma home phone
I have Ooma home phone service and have the Ooma app on my cell phone. When I call home via my cell and Fongo, the call only lasts about 5 seconds then disconnects.
I have no problem calling the other way...that is Ooma home phone to my Fongo cell phone. Any ideas as to why?

Hard to get data only from providers now.
I'm looking to set up another cell phone with Fongo but to get cheap data only is getting tougher. Most providers want you to have a voice plan first before you can buy data only for phone or tablet. I'm not receiving pics through Fongo. Is MMS not covered with the texting plans? Is there a way around this?

Good! Support says that when you contact them...they will disable the account then enable it again with same phone #.

Support says to contact them if you lose your phone and they will disable the account. Can't get any more info from them.

Yeah, that's not good. You might want to try logging out of the app, then changing your email address or password on the website.

That makes sense if by changing your password on a PC locks you out of the app on the old phone. I am always logged in on my phone. That's my main concern.
