How would someone call my freephoneline number from there SIP that only allows SIP calls? I tried from a sip account calling "1MYUSERNAME@voip2.freephoneline.ca"., with no success. I also tried changing voip2 with (voip, & voip4 I also tried adding :6060 to the end of the string).

Not receiving calls, when I open the app I have to log in again. This is for all users on the account. Both iOS and Android. Missing calls because the app logs the users out.

I created a ticket and it was resolved quickly.

I noticed the same situation trying to call the Fongo number from a cell phone, no option even for the caller to leave a message?

I am still getting the fast busy signal issue on certain incoming calls? When I try to call the Fongo number from one of my phones (775) it goes straight to a busy signal. other phones calling the Fongo number seem to work. I received the welcome to Fongo Works with the provided username and password. I am not able to log in, I receive the message "No user found for email provided". I'm not sure where to go from here? Any help will be appreciated.
