Ive tried to download the "only official" desktop application sevearl times but keep getting this.....

I don't make or reve very many calls on Freephoneline in the first place. Usually using my cell phone but when I use FFL it cuts out after 10 minutes and NOW I get this message;
"you've reached the limit for simultaneous calls" and NO call can be made!

the desktop app must exist somewhere on some server to try to re-download it. Are there any archives it might exist on?

I get dial tone,
dial the number
all I get is BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!
(tried several numbers)
unplugged the VOIP modem, (and ethernet cord)
plugged it back in, let it reset, same thing.
any suggestions?
