Re: I cannot hear, the recipient can hear me
PM Fongo support and ask them to "force registration" on your account. It's a very common issue with any number ported out to Fongo/Freephoneline. I'd say about 90%+ of the lines I port to Freephoneline have this bug.

Fongo/Freephoneline over 2g way deep in Haiti
Just for the record, I was in Haiti for a couple days on Digicel's 2G network and I could make calls with my iphone's SIP software and my freephoneline's SIP settings. It saved me and my family in law for sure a couple thousands dollars in roaming fees! I had a strong signal, calls went trhough but ...

Liste des villes pour "number porting"
Bonjour, serait-il possible d'avoir une liste à jour des villes où il est possible de porter son numéro vers freephoneline pour le Québec?
Merci

Re: incoming calls goes to VM rightaway
Even with SPA122 plugged straight on the modem, incoming calls don't work. I even tried to set up SPA122 as bridge... It registers, I can make outbound calls but no incoming calls, even if ATA is registered. I also forwarded all RTP ports + 5060 port (default port) and same thing...

Re: incoming calls goes to VM rightaway
Having the same problem with Teksavvy in Vidéotron land. I was able to dig that problem up: Plugged the ATA straight to the modem and it works BUT any router will give me the same problem even if ATA is set up as DMZ host or I do proper port forwarding. I tried 2 different TP-Link routers and a Link...

Re: How to port a phone number ???
Looks like they have finally updated their website: http://www.freephoneline.ca/fr/optionalServices#. Now you need to send an email to support@freephoneline.ca. I sent an email a couple days back and still no answer...

Re: Porting number from comwave to FPL
Hi, it depends, does she need the configuration file for your ATA? If yes, that's 50$ for the ATA configuration file + 25$ porting fee.

Re: How to port a phone number ???
I think drop a telephone support is a huge mistake from Fongo It would be not if they were a better self service on Internet. But it is not the case, so they were not ready to drop phone service. To FPL moderator : please tell me how can I port a number. I want to do this in the next days. If not, ...

Re: How to port a phone number ???
Hope so really. I just find the moove of not being able to phone in anymore a bit weird from them. My customers had all sorts of problems with their credit cards and freephoneline. Adresses had trouble a lot.

Re: How to port a phone number ???
Same boat here. I've transferred many of my clients to freephoneline over the last couple years (and gave them support too) but now, I'm caught in a loop where freephoneline's phone number send me to the website and the website tells me to call them up. Can you guys sort things out and update us? I'...

Re: Update re. configuration issues Jan 3, 2013
Everything has been working fine here for a couple days. I have a few customers on freephoneline service and they are all fine. We all use Cisco SPA112 or Linksys SPA2112. December bug seem resolved.

Dial string
Hi, what is the dial string to use with our own hardware? I browsed your forums and can't find it anywhere.
