Good morning! Is it only me or FreePhoneLine is down this morning? I received a call at around 9AM and at 9:30 AM the voip ATA wasn't connected. I called my number with my cell, and it says, the number you have dialed is not in service... I am really affraid to lose my number... It's christmas time ...

When i go in the FreePhoneLine website and enter in my call log, the time is not good.
It seems like it is not in the good time zone.

Does anyone is experiencing that too?

Is there any way to correct it?

I will try to unplug everything when i'll be home.
I will see if it continues or no.

I have called many people with FPL with my Fido cellphone and always getting a busy tone.
If by resetting the ATA it doesn't correct the situation there is a problem somewhere.

This number is mine and i use it when i am on a trip.
Actually it is not plugged into any ATA, so it is disconnected from FPL network and all calls should go directly to the voice mail.

Check by yourself by using a regular phone line or cellphone: 4xxxxxxxx

I found really strange that i can't call 3 people with FPL from my cellphone
All of them at the same time have the same problem, what a strange situation

One last thing, when i call from FPL to FPL i can receive a call.
But if i use my cell phone, i can't receive any calls.

That's really weird, all the 3 numbers making the same busy signal.

Actually my Local Network at home is plugged that way:
Modem-Wifi Router-ATA-Office PC

I have tried to plug the modem directly in the ATA and the wifi router in the ATA but it slows down my internet.
I have a 20 mbps connection and when i do that, it goes to 8 mbps.

When the person stays on the call waiting before i answer, after 30 seconds the line hangs up instead of transferring to the voice mail.
