I am having this exact same problem, does anyone know why auto-recharge isn't working?
If I go to purchase, I can see all my credit card details are indeed saved EXCEPT for my card's CVV code. Could this be why it isn't working?

[RESOLVED]. Re: How to change *98 voicemail from French to E
Aha.. That did it, thank you!
On Freephoneline.ca I had to click on SETTINGS off the MAIN ADMIN tab and from there, VOICEMAIL SETTINGS indeed somehow listed "Preferred Language" as French. Set to English and it's all good.

Re: This call if not covered by your tariff plan
Hmmm. Good point. Big miss on my part. I seem to now get a slow busy signal. This might be an issue with the other party being on the line .... But then again, I am not seeing the number in my FPL call log (even the 4 cent connection fee). Not sure if this is normal?

Re: One-way audio only on FIRST call after being idle
Ah, noted. Thank you.
Incidentally, did I read you correctly in another thread. Does "voip3.freephoneline.ca" exist? Something about NAT working on this one. Can I try using that server, despite it not being in the config instructions?

Re: One-way audio only on FIRST call after being idle
Yes, it's the VOIP user who cannot hear the POTS user. So the VOIP user has just gotten into the habit of saying "I cannot hear you, please call me back and I will hear you fine". So it is strange that it always seems to work fine on the second call as if something on that first call is &q...

How to change *98 voicemail from French to English
When I used to dial *98' the voicemail prompts were all in English and all of a sudden, they are now in French. I could have sworn I checked ALL the personal menu options , but cannot seem to find it.
Anyone?

One-way audio only on FIRST call after being idle
For some reason, a FPL device I am working on only seems to get one-way audio, but only for the FIRST call after some kind of an idle timeout. The FPL user can be heard fine when calling it, but the caller cannot hear the FPL user. If you hang up and call the FPL user right back, it works perfectly....

Mango, thank you!! I TOTALLY missed this part of the post: To prevent one-way or no audio with the new FPL switches, set the following on the SIP tab: Handle VIA received: yes Handle VIA rport: yes Substitute VIA Addr: yes This completely solved my problem, INSTANTLY. Thank you!!! P.S.: Can we add t...

[RESOLVED] No Ringing Tone, and FPL phone hears nothing
I have tried registering my FPL VOIP ATA (Linksys PAP2T) on all three of these servers: - voip.freephoneline.ca - voip2.freephoneline.ca - voip4.freephoneline.ca:6060 I am fairly technical ... I had this working inside one household, and I moved the ATA to another home, and on a different model rout...

Looks like there is an outage ... calls from the PSTN are not ringing into FPL numbers. The FPL number can call out, however, just fine.

I had a look around, and do you have the "Select Services" menu? From what I have read the ones from US/Can don't seem to have it. Anyway digging through this (http://www.dslreports.com/forum/r27329480-Solved-What-s-up-with-crippled-Gigaset-C610H-US-CAN-) thread, if you don't have it they...

Re: No income call for 2 months
What SIP Device are you on? I had a similar problem where I had to define the Outbound Proxy as voip.freephoneline.ca, and then set "Use Outbound Proxy" to YES (on the PAP2T) to get incoming calls working again.

Using Outbound Proxy
Hello, What is the official word on whether or not we need to use an Outbound Proxy? I have a Linksys SPA2102, and was helping a friend setup FPL on a Linksys PAP2T-NA, and they were able to make outbound calls, however for incoming calls, they would hear the phone ring, and then would answer but ne...

Fax Support and FreePhoneLine on Linksys SPA2101
Hi all, Surprised the Forum Search function didn't turn up more threads on this. Has anyone successfully been able to get Fax Support working with a Linksys ATA (I have a SPA2101, but PAP2T config would be similar) on FreePhoneLine for both Send / Receive function? My testing with outbound fax with ...

Outage? Cannot Register -- All calls in and out ring BUSY
Hello, Is there an outage going on right now? All of a sudden, my Linksys SPA2102 cannot Register. I noticed this after all calls dialing out and in were ringing busy. Calls into another FPL customer are getting the same behaviour. I've verified the settings are good with the ones on the FPL website...
