[Resolved] Incoming Calls Going To Voicemail

Can't Make Local Call to Number

Hi

I am calling from 604-xxx-xxxx (Local Number) to (778) 379-8418 (Local Number). Both numbers are in Vancouver, the latter is a business in Vancouver. When I make a call to that number, I am prompted that I have insufficient balance in my account. Please help!

Incoming Call Hangs Existing Call

Hi everyone,

When I am on a current call and a 2nd call comes in, the 2nd call blanks out the existing call and doesn't revive until the 2nd call is dropped.

Is there a solution for this?
