Freephoneline Desktop Application or Fongo Desktop Application?

I hope you mentioned softphone is Fongo Desktop Application.

Can not connect the Desktop Application. My FPL phone has no problem to connect. My Fongo has no problem to connect which is using WiFi. By check the fongo.com, if you click desktop, the website will go to freephoneline website.

Looks like the fongo desktop version is not available.

Can fongo staff confirm this information?

I have the exactly same problem.

I have the same problem right now. I didn't have this problem before.
I am using the ATA from FPL.
I didn't do any change.

What should I check?

I had this problem before. After I installed the JRE-6U25. Everything back to normal.

This is a VERY OLD issue.

If this is not good for you, just try different version of Java.

I confused with the status. It's for Dell Voice only or it for BOTH DV and FPL.

But When the FPL is down. DV works fine.

1. Receiving SMS FREE from all mobile.
2. Buy Credit for long distance, And also can be used for SMS

Hi, Like Mike said, this maybe the Java issue.

If you updated to the lastest Java, Fongo will not work.

Remove the Java, install vwesion6 update25, it will be OK.
