Is is possible? If not, do you have any future plans for that?

Re: Incoming calls going straight to voicemail without singl
The problem has been resolved, thanks to Fongo Tech Support. I had Stun enabled in the setting which had been working for almost a year. The problem was gone mainly after I disabled Stun. Also made the following additional changes afterwards as per the advice from tech which actually didn't have any...

Re: Incoming calls going straight to voicemail without singl
I have removed Freephoneline3 from the list. Still the same problem. FYI, I added those settings just this morning. There was no such setting before & the phone was working just fine. I didn't change any settings in the adaptor or router recently that may cause any problem. One more thing. I tri...

Re: Incoming calls going straight to voicemail without singl
I forgot to mention one thing. I'm able to make calls using the phone & both parties can hear. SPA2102 SIP port is set to 5060. Here's the setting in my Bell router for SPA2102: Device details: Name: SipuraSPA Connection type: Ethernet IP address: 192.168.1.65 IP address allocation: DHCP IP addr...

Re: Incoming calls going straight to voicemail without singl
My Fongo phone rings whenever someone calls from any phone (land/cell/bell/rogers/usa....) but immediately it goes to the voice mail. When I pick up the phone after it rings, can't hear anything from the other end & vice versa. I manually disabled CFWD & DND in my SPA2102 configuration page ...

Call goes straight to Voice Mail
I have set up VM to go to message center after 6 rings but sometimes the incoming call goes straight to VM just after 1 ring. It's been going on for a while but now it's getting more frequent. What can be done about it? I would be happy if VM could be disabled for good. Is it possible?

Re: Sometimes phone doesn't ring with incoming calls
Thanks guys! I have made changes to my ATA as per the link jimbo posted & set NAT Mapping to Yes as dibsmft said. I'll test it for a couple of days to see how it works & will report back. Thanks again!

Sometimes phone doesn't ring with incoming calls
I've been having this issue since I switched to Fongo in February. I've reported this to Tech Support who, instead of doing anything, asked me to wait for 48 hrs during which it would be resolved. I also posted the problem in the Configuration Setting section of this forum in which "dibsmft&quo...

Re: Linksys SPA 2102
Thanks for your response. I really appreciate the explanation. ***UPDATE*** Still having the problem of missing calls. I went out & called from my cell but the phone didn't ring until the 3rd try even though I heard the phone ring through my cell & each time the call went to voice mail. A re...

Re: Linksys SPA 2102
Thanks dibsmft! I have set up STUN as you instructed. But I wouldn't know for sure if it's working until I get complaints from the callers since some of the calls (not all) are missed. I have checked the SIP settings and found the followings by default: SIP Parameters: SIP TCP Port Min: 5060; SIP TC...

Re: Linksys SPA 2102
Thanks dibsmft! Do I need to set RTP & UDP as falcon did? If so, where will I find them? In the SIP setting, SIP Port is set at 5060 & SIP Transport is set at UDP, but can't find any setting for the range of UDP or RTP. Are these settings really important or should I just add the STUN settin...

Re: Linksys SPA 2102
I'm having a strange & annoying issue with some incoming calls (not all) since I switched to Dell Voice in February. Some people are telling me that they called me a few times but the phone never rang! When I check the call logs in my online account, it shows that they called with call duration ...

I don't know what's wrong with this service. Sometimes people are telling me that they called but the phone never rings. What's going on Fongo?

Re: Voice Mail Indicator on the phone doesn't flash!
Called again to tech support. The guy told me to do a factory reset of my ATA. I'll do this later and post the result here though I don't think that there's going to be any positive outcome. Is there any way to forward my messages to an email address? I don't see any options in the VM settings in my...

Re: Voice Mail Indicator on the phone doesn't flash!
Called tech support this morning, was asked to disconnect ATA & Modem power in sequence, disconnect phone line, wait for 30 sec, reconnect modem, phone & ATA in sequence. Did as I was told, called my DellVoice line from another phone & left a message in VM box. Waited for about 20 min bu...

Voice Mail Indicator on the phone doesn't flash!
I just ported my number to Dell Voice using my Linksys SPA2102 ATA last week and set up the voice mail (VM) by logging into my online account. Since the porting, I haven't seen the VM indicator on my phone flashing and just out of curiosity, dialed *98 last night. Surprisingly, there were 7 messages...

[resolved] How to port my current land number to Dell Voice?
I want to port my current VOIP number to Dell Voice but can't find any options. I called the customer service and was told to set up an account first, fill-in the form with required info and then call back. I signed up that gave me a new number but don't see any option for porting an existing number...
