Initially I just powered it down for a minutes or so. It did not work.
Then I powered it down about 20 mins as suggested. It works for me.

It did not revert the setting to "yes" when I got a VM. I knew I have a VM just because I have got an email notification. But when I change it back to "yes", it keeps flashing again even I have removed the vm. Please help.

Fongo provides voice mail. My phone also has voice mail. But it seems Fongo's voice mail override that from the phone. Is there any set up I can do so that voice mail goes to my phone rather than Fongo?

OK I called and confirmed that actually the payment was already processed through my credit card numbers stored in the system at the time I called for the porting request. Thanks for the help.

LOA requires the first name EXACTLY as in the phone bill. However, in my Bell phone bill, they just print the initial of my first name. So my other question is do I just enter one character (ie the initial) in the LOA ??? Thanks
