To answer both questions, Dell voice does not sell the voip unlock key anymore, you can however port your number over and use it to SMS message.

What is the manufacturer and model of the android device you are using? This type of issue could come down to as screen resolution the app doesn't support.

It was an issue in the back end, can't really say much more than that, and shouldn't happened again.

Just a quick update, this should be resolved now.

You will need to log into your account at dellvoice.ca, select my account at the top page and select voicemail. From there you should be able to see and delete this message.

There are currently no plans that I've heard about developing for this platform.

This option is not available currently. In your case I would sign up for a dell voice account as you can forward an freephoneline number to a Dell voice number.

Hi epsilon, I would check the NPA NXX for your 514 number here against the freephoneline number you were assigned:

This tool will state if the call should be local, if it is you might want to contact the provider of the 514 number to find out why.

Hi quadratik12 the reason for this is your devices screen resolution is 240x400, and the minimum supported by the app is 320x480.

Have you tired pulling the battery and testing again? I will pass this info along as well seeing as it is a fairly new model of phone. Who is your carrier?

You could try using the free Dell Voice smartphone app, as this has been designed to work with data over cellular signals. You could then forward your calls from your main Fongo number to your new Dell Voice number and see how it works.

The same audio issue appears even when the computer is doing nothing else whatsoever. There are no other processes using significant CPU or bandwidth. I have to believe this issue is somehow related to the "Unable to send/receive sound data" error on the connection test, no? Why does open...
