I have configured both ATAs with FPL, but even though both my relatives use the same router and the same ISP, the one with the HT-702 experiences some registration issues. His device randomly loses registration, even though it is configured according to this guide. Do you have any advice?

It's down both ways here in Quebec City too (2014-06-04 1:07 PM). I have a tone, but nothing happens when I place a call; when I call my number, I get a busy tone.

Since FONGO_Mike closed a similar/redundant thread, we know that FPL is aware of this issue. However, could you just post a few lines to give us more info/status update? It would be nice to have some feedback and to keep communication lines open (that's one of the major flaws of FPL).

It seems to work this morning for me too, but I don't know if it's thanks to port forwarding, since it didn't work yesterday evening with the same settings.

Yes, everything was working as it should, but then again that was only one test. The same test had worked yesterday morning too, but in the end, outgoing calls remained down all day.

It was down for almost 24 hours here in Quebec City, but it seems to be up again (Dec.22, 17:30PM), both for incoming and receiving calls... Will it go down again? We'll see...

If you ported your number from another provider, make sure it is not still listed in your account from that provider (eg. I had to delete my number from my voip.ms account before being able to receive calls).

I experience this problem too, and I set both DTMF settings to "no". I didn't have this problem when I was with voip.ms. Is there another setting to change?
