Thanks Liptonbrisk.
Seems my router's SIP ALG setting got reverted back somehow. All good now!

No audio on outgoing calls; can't receive incoming calls

Re: FPL line not registering
Hi, thanks for the detailed reply! Have made the changes you suggested. And did couple of reboots of routers as well. I believe it was an issue with one of the public DNS servers I'm using. It was was slow or timing out in some cases, which may have caused an issue with FPL registration. A. Latest A...

[SOLVED] FPL line not registering
Hi all, I have a Grandstream HT-702 with single FPL line. Its been working fine for many months. Just last night, it failed to register. Literally nothing changed in my network - all other devices and connections work fine. I can login to the HT702 and it shows Not Registered for line 1. FPL web con...

Re: service down or just me :)?
Next I would probably do a factory reset on the ATA and set it up again. I don't have a 702 so I don't know what a fast busy signal means, but to me that would indicate it is not completely registered. Hi Jake, Thanks very much for responding! Resetting the ATA has done the trick. Feel silly for no...

Re: service down or just me :)?
I've rebooted all routers and the HT702 multiple times now. Still unable to establish calls. Outgoing gives a fast busy.
Anyone able to help please? Been without phone service for few days.
Thanks

Re: Unable to dial out - fast busy (no incoming calls either
I would suggest you need to go back to basics then. Start by downloading a free SIP phone, something like the 3CX or xlite, and put your details in that. Make sure your account works. If that works, I would do a factory reset on the ATA and try again. If it still doesn't work you need to either tak...

Re: Unable to dial out - fast busy (no incoming calls either
Although this is not a fix as such, change the server you register to from voip.freephoneline.ca to voip2.freephoneline.ca and see if that helps. If it does help, it is not the solution, there is still something else wrong, but it does show your stuff is still working. Tried that as well but no luc...

Dial tone is there, but after dialing a number, I get fast busy signal. I've checked all settings again, rebooted the device few times, etc. No ...

Re: Grandstream HT-701
This was a problem between chair and keyboard LOL! Seems after the firmware update, all config was carried over except for time. Didn't bother to re-check with PDF notes. Put in the correct time string and its fine now. Hello, I've noticed the time on my ATA / phone is an hour behind the actual time...

Re: Grandstream HT-701
Hello,
I've noticed the time on my ATA / phone is an hour behind the actual time. I cut and pasted the Eastern time config from the pdf... but maybe I made an error?
Has anyone else noticed this as well?
Any suggestions on how to fix this please?
Thanks,
Imran

Re: Feature comparison: Vonage vs FPL
In FPL it's actually called "Follow Me" and it can be set-up as an always on or a conditional forward. Presently the only condition supported is a failure to answer the primary line. If the Primary line is down it skips to the first in the Follow me List. FPL also supports Simulntaneous R...
