After fiddling around some more and doing few more resets on ATA and router... it works!

I would suggest you need to go back to basics then. Start by downloading a free SIP phone, something like the 3CX or xlite, and put your details in that. Make sure your account works. If that works, I would do a factory reset on the ATA and try again. If it still doesn't work you need to either tak...

Although this is not a fix as such, change the server you register to from voip.freephoneline.ca to voip2.freephoneline.ca and see if that helps. I've noticed the time on my ATA / phone is an hour behind the actual time. I cut and pasted the Eastern time config from the pdf... but maybe I made an error?

Has anyone else noticed this as well?

Any suggestions on how to fix this please?
