After the Feb 12 network upgrades, I had issues with the outgoing part (was not able to hear when the phone was ringing and when the other party answered). I did forward my ports the day before yesterday and it worked ok until yesterday evening when the phone stopped registering. Now I am out of ser...

You are 100% right. Just be sure (as per an email from freephoneline support) to open the 5060-6061 (UDP) and the 10000-20000 (UDP)... check the portforward links Funkytown posted above!

Issue solved: I had to reprogram the router and re-open/re-map the ports 5060-6061 (UDP) and 10000 -20000 (UDP) and to re-enable the UPnP.

Hi guys,
I just bought the SIP config file and I install it on my Samsung Android 2.3 (3CX application) and on my Blackberry Playbook 2.0.
With both systems I do can call and receive calls BUT I cannot hear...the other party do hear me well
Any ideas? I tried quite a few changes ...
