I cannot login at that link. Every email address that I could think of I tried; said Invalid Account. I cannot remember the email address I used when I signed up, back in 2012.
What can I do t this point if their tech support is not going to help?

That password is no valid
Hello, I am receiving "That password is not valid" message when trying to dial out. This is a new problem for me. Started today. I submitted a support ticket but received a response that they did not deal with this type of issue. What can I do at this point t recover my SIP password? Thnx....

Registration State: Can't connect to login server
Went down some time today, Oct 22nd, during the day, after working perfectly for months. No changes were made to the SIP, router or service (cable).
SIP reboot did not solve the problem.

Issue with ATA taking too long to reconnect to your servers is not resolved. Missing replies/followup from Freephoneline/Fongo. Frustration with your service is growing.

46jimbo Yes, that worked. Thnx for the tip. tbrummell Did not work. However, after connecting ata directly into the modem and then back into the router worked...with SIP ALG still on. Not sure what or why as at this point I had not changed any settings in the router or the ata. Thanks for helping out.
