Just to provide an update, I opened a ticket with fongo support. They said that there is nothing they can do, except for put a manual payment through. So guess Ill just use my cell phone for now, until the ip address issue resolves itself (hopefully).

Fongo world is for available for people that live outside of canada. If you are in canada, then download the regular Fongo app, and you can use it when travelling.

Also, if you are asking this question, it may be better to setup a PBX Setup. Maybe download asterisk that way you can setup multiple FPL accounts on one asterisk box, and configure multiple trunks. Yes, when you have a data plan, they give you a phone number.
