Hello,
I'm having a problem with local calls. I can receive calls, but not from local numbers. I have Cisco spa112. I tried calling from my cell phone too. It just rings but it doesn't ring on my end. I get the voicemail. Please help!!!!

Thank you very much. That did the trick :) One last issue.. I can't seem to be able to forward my calls, even before I added my ATA device. When I enable the follow me feature, it goes directly to voice mail, weather I choose simultaneous or sequential. My number is ported, not sure if that's the is...

thanks for the replies. I think i may have a locked device. Everytime i try to change the setting and do the update then reboot, it doesn't work and goes back to the original setting (talkit sip).. how can I resolve this?

I have bought this device from talkit.ca when I was a customer. I got the device password, which is different than the default one. in the instruction it says to enter voip.freephoneline.ca, but in the email i got it says sip.fongo.com ... which one should I enter?
