Re: Daylight Saving Time - I'm 1 hour ahead

Try putting this in the daylight saving time rule - start=3/8/7/2:00;end=11/1/7/2:00;save=1 Hello hanke Thanks for the replay. I didn't put the line you mentioned. It weird but the time is corrected after I got incoming call at home (FPL). That mean once you put the correct TIME ZONE in the router ...

Re: Breaking Up

Hello. Over past month, the person on the other end of the phone frequently complains about my voice breaking up. I hear the person perfectly fine though. I have Rogers Lite and my router is D-Link WBR-1310 Any help is appreciated. My wife is getting annoyed! Hello, according to the Rogers website,...

Re: service is down

Hi everyone, FPL tech support actually reached out and called me about this! Quite a bit different from just last year when tickets would go answered. I am satisfied that the tech did his process and concluded the servers are up. I still maintain that there is a hiccup in the process and that there ...

Re: service is down

no offense, but doubtfull all these other folks and I are all on the same ISP. All I am saying is sometimes it seems the support is too quick to dismiss the forum and assume the issue is at the individual's side. If your phone was working, likely it hadn't had to re-register yet.

both VOIP and VOIP2. I checked with a friend, down for him as well.

Support: your status website if useless. It is almost never updated.

Re: time zone not correct

Are you using a PAP2 Linksys? I seem to remember when I had one, that it was a firmware issue and that the only fix was to change the Time Zone. When I got rid of that one and went with the spa112, I no longer had that problem. Love the SPA112 way more than the pap2.

MWI won't turn off...

Yesterday morning, a week's worth of old deleted messages came back as new. I deleted them again and since then MWI is still on, and the dial tone is still intermittent as though I have messages.

FPL, thoughts?

Re: Voicemail issue

This morning for some reason all my voice mail from the past week that I had deleted all came back as new messages. Now the light won't stop flashing even though there are no longer any messages. Something must have happened overnight with FPL.

How to use Follow Me

Hello, I haven't used the follow me function for a few months. Now I can't seem to figure out where you actually put the forwarded number? I have a enable/disable option, ring mode, and follow me mode, but nowhere to actually put the number.

Re: Missing First Few Seconds

Hello, I am having the same issue. Sometimes when I make a call, I don't hear it ringing, and then when the person picks up, I miss the first hello. I have a linksys e4200 router and a linksys spa-112 ata. I looked for the settings you mentioned above but can't find them in my router. Appreciate any...

Missed a call then got "account already in use"

This is a new one for me. I was too slow picking up the phone and it went to voicemail. I tried calling the person back, but kept getting an error message, something along the lines of 'account already in use' or something like that. When I finally got through, he said he just hung up from leaving m...

Thanks for the reply Jake. VOIP2 seems to be working. I didn't try making a call, but it registers and I do get a dialtone.

Failed Registration starting at around 10:30PM EST

Anyone else having problems? Was working fine around 10pm EST but now is down. I rebooted the router and the adapator.

Also, cannot get into the login page for FPL. It just times out.

Was able to login to FPL. SIP settings show Connected, but still failing registration. odd.

Same thing happened to me. I opened the ports as epsilon suggested and it is working now. They must have did something different though that now required me to open the ports all of a sudden.

Re: Voice Mail Number

I find that there are delays with the notification. I am going to send an email to the Fongo help address shortly. I received a voice mail yesterday afternoon, and the MWI is still showing that I have a voice mail, after over 18 hours of clearing it.

Re: my ATA keeps failing to register from December 2012

Mine actually failed to register twice in the past 2 days. Once it went through the normal re-registration(have it set for 900 ms), then it registered. These were the first times I have seen this happen when the service was still up.

8 hour delay? Wondering if we can get some feedback from one of the Fongo staff when they have a moment?
