I'm having problems making calls today, and earlier today it was DTMF issues. I can't even make a call right now, but I can switch to my alternate VOIP provider with no issues.

I would like this feature too. Both outgoing and incoming. Outgoing should be free because it doesn't cost FPL any extra except bandwitdth.

I'm sorry that you are encountering issues. Honestly I can't say anything negative about my service, I have two config files for two different lines.
