A ticket was opened for this issue for Fongo or the line provider by Telus. They had the issue on their end for any number starting with 905-537-xxxx and routing was not happening properly. They end up fixing it by clearing the cache. Thanks for your help!

My sister also uses Fongo/FPL and the same error. She is unable to make a call to my Telus cellphone.

The message I hear every time I call from FPL to my Telus cellphone. "the number you have reached is not in service, please check the number and try again"

I did, everyone else can call me. Only one scenario where I call from FPL to my new telus cell phone. I think it is something to do with FPL. Please advise.

I am unable to receive or make calls since this morning. Internet is up and running fine but the phone is not working. Can anyone confirm that it is down or something wrong with it. I have tried many times reboot already.

Please help me solving this issue which is giving me so much frustration.

I have HT701 ATA and using Bell Internet (Black Router). I can make calls but I cannot receive calls. Whenever I make call, it goes to my voice-mail without any ring. Please please please help me to solve this.
