Once your port completes, the number provided by FPL will be replaced with your ported number. The SIP purchase is based on the account, and an account can only have 1 associated phone number.

To port out I have used a screenshot of the 911 Information page and the SIP Settings page from the portal. For account number, use your 11 digit phone number.

Maybe if a Fongo engineer (not Fongo Support) could chime in on how the block rules are set up, it could be better determined where to resolve it. *IF* they are just counting how often an offending IP is attempting registration, then yes, Fongo should whitelist PBXes, SipSocery, Etc IP's. *IF* they...

Failed Calls was probably removed as when your device wasn't registered and a call was sent, it would show the failed attempt to the device, then the call being successfully answered by voicemail. I'm sure this was causing them grief in explaining why people had failed calls and they just got tired ...

Log in to the FPL Portal, check your voicemail settings. If you have it set to forward (not copy) to an email address then that is where your vmail messages are going. If it's set to copy or none then the messages *should* be in your mailbox.
