Thanks for the quick response.
Could you please elaborate on forwarding RTP ports please. By RTP port forwarding, do you mean open UDP ports 16384 to 16482. I would still need to direct it to the IP for the ATA box, which may change upon power recycling. Please advise

Static iP for ATA box?
Does the IP for ATA box need to be static? In case the ATA box needs to be recycled, it's iP may change upon rebooting it. And if so then one will need to port forward 5060 port in the router config to the new IP for the AtA box. Am I correct.
