I would say that because this happened after a power outage it more than likely has something to do with something at your house rather than at SS or FPL so checking things in your ATA is a good route to go. I seem to remember it was limited because of abuse at one time, I forget all the details though so I could be wrong. You can get your voicemails emailed to you, that's what I do. It's pretty much instant.

You can chose either to forward or copy, the first will only email you, the second will also leave the message on your phone.

The MWI has always been terribly slow on all of Fongo's products.

My suggestion would be to get the messages emailed to you instead or the light will drive you crazy eventually :shock: :?

Unfortunately it's all down to exchanges and where Fongo has a presence on exchanges. There has to be a cut off somewhere, and it looks like you might have found one :) Location will not matter. Do you have the messages forwarded or copied? If they are forwarded then the MWI should never be triggered.

I'm wondering if there is a technical reason inside your ATA that is causing this. It certainly should clear within the day.
