If the calls are completing (going to voicemail) then the call is being transported correctly. If the calls were to fail and receive a recorded announcement that they cannot be completed, that is a different matter. I would submit the call logs to Fongo_Steve/Fongo_Mike for them to look into and see what the routing of the call is on the network level.

Depending on which carrier you port TO, they may require documentation that you "own" or control the number -- as there is no BILL per se from Fongo, this can be difficult, depending on the carrier. As an example, it is currently very difficult if not downright impossible to port out from ...

There are other DID providers that you can get numbers from, other than Fongo, but none are free. You could always get one from one of the other providers and pay the low per minute charges ...
