Try reloading the firmware on the PAP2T. If its still there then it could be electronic problem in the device and probably need to replace it. Guess its worth a try before you buy something else. I am with Cogeco here in Burlington and don't have any problems. Perhaps it has to do with your router. Hope someone can give you some suggestions.

Have your tried reloading your firmware on the ATA. Perhaps it could be corrupt.

I am sure you have tried these...remove power from ATA wait 30 seconds, power back up....guess you get a valid registration and all lights on the ATA are good. I think what you have done to try and correct with the suggestions from Mango..almost looks like there is something on the back end of your account. As far as I know and use...is just a hook flash...takes me to the new incoming call. Another hook flash takes me back to the original call.
