Yep, works on x86 and x64 versions of Vista - tested them all myself at home.

I've tested and confirmed all features work in Vista x86 and Vista x64. I've never experience the settings menu not working like shahram_zm mentions.. might be a faulty installation?

it can be any number you have, be it FPL, home, cell, etc.

99% of VOIP providers will stay away from .mp3 based voicemail because of the compression. We usually see Wav used because wav is a raw format with no compression.
