Error message when call to new WIND mobile
I have been using fongo home phone for half a year now. No problem.
But 2 days ago I have got a Galaxy Nexus from WIND mobile with phone number ported from Telus pay-as-you go, I cannot call to that new phone from fongo home phone. I have got the message from my home phone saying "5UT2. You have reach the number that is not equip with incoming service. Please check the number and try again". Here is other situation:
My fongo home phone line can call anything else including other WIND mobile phone. I only have problem calling my own WIND mobile.
I have tried using Dell Voice from other cell to call my WIND mobile, still get the same message.
However, there is no problem for other phones, including other VOIP phones, cell phones, land line calling to my WIND mobile.
I have VOIPbuster on line 2 of the my ATA. I can call to my WIND mobile with no problem.
I can make outgoing call from my WIND mobile. I can call my fongo home phone with no problem.
Has anyone experienced this weird situation before? I am really desperate and have no clue what is wrong. There must be some genius out here know what is wrong. Is it my fongo home phone or it is my WIND mobile?

I'd suggest calling/emailing to open a ticket with us on this issue. It sounds like after your number ported something may not have been properly updated somewhere to reflect this. Our team can confirm if this is something in our network that needs updating, or something in Wind's network which might be affecting certain carriers, like Fongo/Fibernetics, trying to call your number.

You are FAR better off calling into customer service, as they will NEED to ask you some questions to properly open a ticket -- rather than 10 emails back and forth to get all the information. From the sounds of it, and the fact that you are getting a SPECIFIC error message, I suspect that it is a Wind-port problem.
Do you get the same error messages repeatedly? It is odd that other services complete, but Fongo does not, unless Wind is somehow half-pooched. I know that Wind will not port-IN FPL/DV/Fongo numbers saying that their system does not SUPPORT them (which is a load of horse-$h!+) ....

I have got the same error messages with slight different code number before that message every time I call from fongo home phone or Dell Voice from other cell via home WiFi. I have PM you my # and sincerely hope you can help. I cannot call from work. May be I try calling from home tonight then. I have bought another cell from WIND Mobile and also had the number ported from Telus.
Same issue happens again - Home phone (ie Fongo) cannot call my cell. Most likely it should be porting problem. WIND said the porting process should normally take 3- 48 hours to complete. Is that true?
By the way, I have PM TheHardy my numbers. I think you might have done something before to fix the problem last time. If it was correct, hopefully you can kindly do the same for me again please. Thanks.
