Incoming calls can't hear caller, outgoing works fine.

Same here and also when someone calls in they have a long pause and busy signal! No incoming calls now since maybe 3 hours

Same problem here in Montreal! Phone rings, people hear my voice clearly , but I don't hear their voices! My settings are all ok, line is registered.

Try running STUN as per the SPA2102 manual.
