is there a way to change the registered email (User name) to another email to access and login to softphone and to web link .
like from hello@hotmail.com to hello@gmail.com :)

No, sorry there is not. The email you may change is only your correspondance email which we would email you at when/if you buy a config file or if you chose "Voicemail to email" etc...
