Can make calls BUT *cannot* receive calls
Can make calls BUT *cannot* receive calls
I recently changed my 'follow-me' settings and now I'm not able to phone my soft-phone. I'm able to phone out but cannot receive any calls. When I call to my FPL phone, I hear nothing for about 10 seconds and then it gives me the busy signal. I've tried disabling all the background tasks on my computer in case it was slowing the soft-phone down too much - no luck. Any recommendations? I've removed the follow-me settings but even though it's disabled, I'm still required by the interface to enter a value between 2 and 10.

I believe it is 2 and 30, but could you send me your phone number and I will look into it?

Still no luck. Should I cancel, uninstall, and request a new phone line? Next time, I just won't mess with the follow-me settings.
